Kris Meeke, your Workzone driver, did a fantastic job and won every race he entered! His driving was absolutely impeccable, at the end of the day the RX150 he was driving hardly had a mark on it, it didn't even get dirty! After Kris's heats he qualified on pole position for the final, as the lights went out Kris easily took the lead into the first corner and nobody even got close to him for the rest of the race, not even the current British Rallycross Champion (Ollie O'Donovan) could keep up, Ollie came in second with Steve Mantle coming home in third position. |
WorkZone are a proud sponsor of the RX racing series driver 'Kris Meeke' in the WorkZone RX150 Rage Racing Buggy. The first race day started with a practice session for all RX150 drivers out at the same time, to familiarise themselves with the track. From there we then had 6 heats of 6 RX150's, each driver was allocated positions on the grid so everyone got to start on the front row, the middle and the back row so all had fair opportunity to get into the first corner ahead of the rest!
